Preparation and Dosage
Infusion
1 cup of boiling water into a half to 1 teaspoon of Cayenne and leave to infuse for 10 to 15 minutes. Mix this with one tablespoon of hot water and drink when required.
Tincture
Up to 1ml three times per day, or when needed.
